We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, sales conversions, and long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
