Description
We are looking for a Healthcare Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build strong relationships with healthcare partners, and drive revenue through new business development. The role involves market research, lead generation, partnerships, and coordination with internal healthcare and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
Generate leads through hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and corporate clients
Promote healthcare services, packages, and solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Client & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, labs, insurance providers, and corporate clients
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Handle client queries and ensure service satisfaction
Market Research & Strategy
Study healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs
Suggest new services, packages, or partnerships
Support marketing campaigns and outreach programs
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations, medical, and marketing teams for service delivery
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, services, and terminology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
