We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries and support requests through live chat, email, or messaging platforms. The role requires strong written communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Document customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate / undergraduate (depending on company requirement)
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
