Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Client Support Executive to assist clients with product or service-related queries, ensure smooth issue resolution, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a service-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
Provide accurate information and resolve client issues promptly
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain and update client records in CRM or support tools
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues
Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution
Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
Client-focused attitude with attention to detail
