Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Domestic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide support to Indian customers through calls, emails, or chats. The role involves resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic (Indian) customers
Respond to customer queries related to products or services
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems
Follow company policies, scripts, and quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet daily call and performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in English and regional languages
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts (day shifts mainly)
