We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Domestic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide support to Indian customers through calls, emails, or chats. The role involves resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic (Indian) customers

  • Respond to customer queries related to products or services

  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally

  • Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems

  • Follow company policies, scripts, and quality guidelines

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when required

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Meet daily call and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in shifts (day shifts mainly)
