We are seeking a skilled International Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support to international customers through voice, email, and chat channels. The role involves resolving customer queries, delivering excellent service, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting global service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat professionally

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined SLAs

  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing tools

  • Follow international compliance, quality, and data security standards

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience

  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts

  • Ability to handle international customers professionally
