We are looking for a patient and solution-oriented Complaint Handling Executive to manage customer complaints, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or chat

  • Understand customer issues and provide effective resolutions

  • Investigate complaints and identify root causes

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

  • Ensure complaints are resolved within defined SLAs

  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions in CRM systems

  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or critical cases

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service recovery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to handle irate or distressed customers professionally

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

  • Willingness to work in shifts
