Description
We are looking for a patient and solution-oriented Complaint Handling Executive to manage customer complaints, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or chat
Understand customer issues and provide effective resolutions
Investigate complaints and identify root causes
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure complaints are resolved within defined SLAs
Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions in CRM systems
Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or critical cases
Ensure customer satisfaction and service recovery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to handle irate or distressed customers professionally
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Willingness to work in shifts
