We are looking for a detail-oriented Support Associate (Non-Voice) to assist customers and internal teams through email, chat, and back-office systems. The role focuses on resolving queries, processing requests, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery without voice interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and client queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems

  • Process service requests, updates, and transactions accurately

  • Maintain and update records in CRM or internal databases

  • Follow defined process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

  • Perform data verification, documentation, and reporting tasks

  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Good written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
