Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Support Associate (Non-Voice) to assist customers and internal teams through email, chat, and back-office systems. The role focuses on resolving queries, processing requests, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery without voice interaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer and client queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems
Process service requests, updates, and transactions accurately
Maintain and update records in CRM or internal databases
Follow defined process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Perform data verification, documentation, and reporting tasks
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
