Description
We are looking for an experienced Network Systems Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise-level network and systems infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of network systems while supporting business-critical operations.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
Monitor network and system performance, availability, and capacity
Troubleshoot complex network and system-level issues (L2/L3)
Implement network security controls, policies, and best practices
Manage system integrations between servers, storage, and network devices
Perform network and system upgrades, patching, and migrations
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
Maintain detailed network and system documentation
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers
Support compliance, audits, and security assessments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3–7 years of experience in network and systems engineering
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar
Experience with Windows & Linux server administration
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
