Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

  • Document customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate / undergraduate (depending on company requirement)

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously

  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
