Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Resolve customer issues and guide users step-by-step

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM or chat systems

  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality

  • Follow chat scripts, templates, and quality guidelines

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams

  • Meet response time, quality, and productivity targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Good typing speed and accuracy

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, chat tools, MS Office)

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Willingness to work in shifts
