Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues and guide users step-by-step
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or chat systems
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality
Follow chat scripts, templates, and quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams
Meet response time, quality, and productivity targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
0+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Excellent written communication skills in English
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, chat tools, MS Office)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work in shifts
