We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure high satisfaction levels, and act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats

  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements

  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently

  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
