We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support / BPO Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality service through voice, email, and chat support. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support

  • Respond to customer queries regarding products or services

  • Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

BPO / Process Handling

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Meet call quality, productivity, and performance metrics

  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required

Data & Documentation

  • Update customer records and interaction details

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

  • Prepare basic reports related to call handling and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate / undergraduate (freshers can apply)

  • 0–2  years of experience in Customer Support or BPO

  • Good communication skills (English / regional language)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Willingness to work in shifts / night shifts

  • Customer-centric attitude
