Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support / BPO Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality service through voice, email, and chat support. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support
Respond to customer queries regarding products or services
Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
BPO / Process Handling
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Meet call quality, productivity, and performance metrics
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required
Data & Documentation
Update customer records and interaction details
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare basic reports related to call handling and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate / undergraduate (freshers can apply)
0–2 years of experience in Customer Support or BPO
Good communication skills (English / regional language)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in shifts / night shifts
Customer-centric attitude
