We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support through voice, email, chat, or other communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow company policies and quality standards

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in shifts (day/night, rotational)

  • Customer-focused attitude and patience
