Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support through voice, email, chat, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts (day/night, rotational)
