We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Support Executive to handle customer and client queries through email communication. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses while maintaining high service quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and requests via email in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes

  • Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround time (TAT) and SLAs

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM or ticketing systems

  • Follow email etiquette, templates, and quality guidelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
