Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Process Executive to support healthcare operations by handling medical data, insurance processes, and patient-related documentation. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of healthcare information while following HIPAA and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Process healthcare-related data such as patient records, claims, and insurance details
Handle medical billing, coding, or claims processing tasks (as per process)
Verify patient eligibility, insurance coverage, and authorizations
Maintain and update healthcare information in systems accurately
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Coordinate with internal teams, providers, or insurance companies
Resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending cases
Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Basic knowledge of healthcare processes or medical terminology
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, healthcare systems)
Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
