We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Process Executive to handle customer support and operational tasks through email, chat, data processing, and documentation without voice interaction. The role focuses on accuracy, timely responses, and maintaining service quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems

  • Process customer requests, transactions, and data updates accurately

  • Maintain and update records in CRM and internal systems

  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and SLAs

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

  • Perform data validation, verification, and documentation tasks

  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)

  • Good written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
