Description
We are seeking an Operations & Administration Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient administrative support, and coordination across departments. The role involves managing office administration, operational processes, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements
Track operational performance and prepare reports
Support process improvement initiatives
Administration & Office Management
Manage office facilities, supplies, and assets
Handle vendor coordination for maintenance, housekeeping, security, etc.
Manage office records, files, and documentation
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external vendors
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare MOMs
Handle official correspondence and emails
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in operations or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
