We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce-based solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions tailored to business needs.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce applications that improve business processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Develop and maintain Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder)
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
Perform code reviews and maintain documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and bugs
Support deployments and manage Salesforce releases
Collaborate with admins, analysts, and business teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with Lightning Experience & LWC
Understanding of Salesforce data model and security
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
