Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, improving product quality, and working closely with development teams to deliver defect-free software solutions.
Responsibilities
Manual Testing
Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
Validate UI/UX, usability, and compatibility across devices and browsers
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback
Automation Testing
Design and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or Playwright
Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks
Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
Analyze automation results and report issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software testing
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Experience in Manual Testing and basic Automation Testing
Knowledge of bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
Understanding of web and mobile application testing
Basic knowledge of SQL
